Platinum Contract
*1 day priority, 3 day non-priority SLA*
This level provides for significant changes, updates or additions to the website as well as prompt issue resolution. To meet this need, MirageLab provides up to fifteen hours of development time for changes, additions and improvements to the website, daily site backups, search engine optimization feedback reports, and site improvement consultations. Issue and fix requests are handled in one business day for priority needs, and a three day window for addressing any other requests or issues.
