MirageLab Service Contracts
Six annual service contracts are available to MirageLab clients. Each includes full-service virtual hosting with up to 1Gig of server space, free http redirects and email set-up. The contract best suited to the client will be determined based on initial consultation. Details about each are included below.

* Monthly hours budgeted are for site maintenance and development only. Phone and chat consultations are available whenever needed, but it is requested that they be scheduled to ensure availability.
Upgrading: Customers with sites that require additional Site Points for new components can upgrade their accounts proactively. Customers with sites that exceed their storage or bandwidth limits will be notified, but the customer is responsible for upgrading the Service Contract. No Service Contracts will be upgraded by MirageLab without the express permission of the customer, such as in cases where electronic payment is not an available option.
Downgrading: Customers with sites that do not currently exceed the limitations of a different Service Contract are allowed to downgrade to that contract, if desired. No Service Contracts will be downgraded by MirageLab without the express permission of the customer.
- DIY customers who require site installation by MirageLab staff will be directed to upgrade to at least Basic service.
- Basic customers who require extended instruction will be directed to upgrade to at least Silver service.
- Basic customers who no longer require active site support may choose to downgrade to DIY service.
- Silver customers who wish to utilize more complex components will be directed to upgrade to at least Gold service.
- Silver customers with experienced CMS savvy staff little growth may choose to support instruction on site usage internally, relying on MirageLab only for hosting and technical assistance, by downgrading to Basic service.
- Gold customers who require extensive custom changes to code will be directed to upgrade to Platinum service.
- Gold customers who consistently under-utilize installed components will be directed to downgrade to Silver service.
