How do I let someone else advertise using banners on my site?
In the Banners admin panel, create an advertiser account for your client. Send this information to them for accessing their banner account. Next, create a banner for the client account. Enter the amount of impressions purchased (or "0" for unlimited) and the links for client URL and client banner image. Your client can login and view their banner campaign statistics at http://yoursite.com/banners.php?op=login
