How do I get started using the FAQ module?

First you will need to add one or more Categories. These can be whatever you like, but should reflect a certain product or section on your site. Simply type in a Category name and click the Save button.

How do I make my FAQ multi-lingual?

To provide information in more than one language, create an FAQ category for each language required. You can add a question in English to the category designated for English, and a duplicate of the question in Spanish listed under the Spanish version of the category.

How do I post questions WITH answers to the FAQ?

In order to post new FAQ content without having to go through the traditional approval process, the administrator's FAQ submission form can be used. Admin access is restricted, however, so you will not be able to post answers with your question. Alternatively, you may include the answer to your own question in the FAQ question submission form. The administrator should see this and treat it accordingly.

What are FAQs for?

FAQs are a good source of information for your visitors, and a godsend for you! Using very well written FAQs that cover the most common questions of your vistors will keep you from getting literally hundreds of support emails! Make very good use of this section!

What does FAQ mean?

FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. Typically, an FAQ will contain a series of questions and answers about a designated topic. Reviewing the FAQ for a subject, when available, is considered common courtesy before asking your own questions. If a question has already been answered, it may be faux pas to ask it again.
