How do I assign an owner to an account that I am not the owner of?
If you have sufficient permissions, you can access the Moderate/Audit view, which displays all accounts in the database. From there, you can access any account and change it's owner.
How do I make an account a subaccount of another account?
When you edit an account, there is a form element that allows you to choose a parent account.
