I understand most of them but what are the "?" and the "X" and the "X/#" columns for?

Age = time since task (or it's subtasks) were lasted edited ? = task is private if this column is marked !+/- = task priority and incr/decr links X = task is closed if this column is marked X/# = number of closed subtasks vs total subtasks
