In most scenarios, your local ISP has blocked usage of Port 25 and you need to use a different port. Luckily, WHM allows you to enable Port 26 to circumvent this situation. Log in to WHM and click on "Service Manager" under the Service Configuration menuset. On the Service Manager page, scroll down to "exim on another port" and check the line for "Run another copy of exim on port", further indicating that it is "Useful for providers that block port 25". Once you have saved the new setting, you will need to change the SMTP server port setting in your email client to 26. This should restore outbound email capabilities.
