*Acquired EMC ClariiON Associates certificate.
*Responsible for working directly with Enterprise Gold support customers in managing their CX, CX3, or AX arrays remotely.
*Opened and worked cases for customers where I resolved both hardware and software issues remotely on enterprise class Servers and storage array’s (SAN’s).
*Became highly versed with multiple Enterprise class servers, tape backup units, NAS and SAN units. Was trained on their deployment, maintenance, and repair.
*Trained in Brocade and McData fiber management. Worked with a wide variety of Fiber switches and HBA’s which provided connectivity to the SAN’s. Also well versed in their management and deployment.
