MirageLab Trademarks
MirageLab, labAccounting, labDossier,
labIPNtrigger, labRealty, xTasks, and other MirageLab graphics, logos, and
service names are trademarks of MirageLab and Chad Kraeft. These trademarks may
not be used in connection with any product or service that is not MirageLab's,
in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any
manner that disparages or discredits MirageLab.
Trademarks and the GNU General Public License
The GNU General Public License (GPL) permits third parties to use and redistribute the underlying software under certain conditions. Such use and/or redistribution of MirageLab software products should be distinguished from the use of the MirageLab marks.
The GPL does not provide any license or right to use a MirageLab mark in any form or media. Thus, although a GPL licensee may redistribute the underlying software, a GPL licensee may not use a MirageLab mark in doing so that does not conform to the MirageLab trademark policy without written permission of MirageLab.
MirageLab software products, such as labAccounting, are copyrighted works released under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). Verbatim copies of such works may be made and distributed, by anyone, in accordance with the terms of the GPL without violating the MirageLab trademarks.
Miragelab hopes to offer the best quality of products but does not offer an
inherent warrant with software. However, service contracts are available if
further support is required.

- GNU
General Public License
'Many people believe that the spirit of the GNU project is that you
should not charge money for distributing copies of software, or that you should
charge as little as possible -- just enough to cover the cost. Actually we
encourage people who redistribute free software to charge as much as they wish
or can. If this seems surprising to you, please read
on.'

'A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol or design, or a combination of
words, phrases, symbols or designs, that identifies and distinguishes the source
